Yes absolutely agree people need to be able to hit what they shoot at- but too many gunnutters push laws that mean literally almost anyone can go get a gun, never learn how to properly shoot and don't even need a license or background check

Limiting magazine capacity would have some effect on minimizing mass deaths. Requiring some training would also help- I don't need some hot shot open carry (here in michigan) blasting away at some alleged perpetrator- he is as likely to hit me or other innocents as the perpetrator.

And I own two hand guns and go to the range regularly
