While one could say that a president has immunity for official acts as president, his acts to remain in office are not the acts of the president, but rather, they are the acts of a CANDIDATE for president. Had Biden committed the exact same acts as a candidate and tried to manipulate the electors of the Electoral College it would have been equally illegal.
