When talking about social issues, even such as universal health care or child care, many often say "how are we going to pay for it" instead of what they really mean is " I don't want to do it." If they really wanted to their first question would be "let's figure out how to pay for it."!
McConnell, R-Ky., said he was opposed to the idea, arguing it would be hard to figure out whom to compensate. What he really means is "I don't want to do it" If he wanted to he'd say " let's figure out how to find out WHO to compensate"
White restitution- yeah like the idiot white farmers whining about being descriminated against now as the federal govt tries to address decades and generations of discrimination against BLACK farmers!
