This is SO tragic.

I am completely opposed to the death penalty. As long as it is still allowed it will always be used as leverage to coerce people who might really be guilty of lesser crimes to automatically plead guilty.

The death penalty is applied in a blatantly racially biased manner.

Unfortunately, pieces of sh#@ like Scalia said "Executing The Innocent Doesn't Violate The Constitution"[1]
