They don't have to change the document- only INTERPRET it- as I said above, the argument will be that the amendment, written in the aftermath of the elimination of slavery was only meant to apply to former slaves and never meant by the writers to apply to future illegal immigrants- SCOTUS will use the same bullshit philosophies of 'textualism and historical context that they use now to keep weapons of war flowing into our streets
