The incident occured about half mile from my house.

The officer claimed it was traffic stop for a plate that did not match the vehicle registration - except that he didn't see the plate UNTIL he decided to turn around and follow the car- the officer and the dead man were traveling in opposite directions.

A couple weeks after the incident the new police chief held a press conference and showed the videos of the incident. It was captured all or in part by four different cameras: policeman bodycam (which inexplicably shut off part way through the encounter) , dashcam caught some of the issue, ring door bell camera from across the street , and finally the PASSENGER of the stopped car filmed the entire thing on his cell phone including the shooting!

I watched the entire video during the press conference. It was inexcusable

The officer has been charged with murder
