But right now they only spend time in swing states. There is no point in campaigning in California which will vote reliably blue or in a reliably red state. The will campaign in purple states.

Regardless, we do not have on person one vote under the EC- which gives a voter in Wyoming more weight electing a president than my vote in Michigan- this is well documented.
