The Bible is not just a world view- it is a specific religious document which a judge has no business using, much less quoting, to justify a ruling- doing so creates a theocracy no different than if a mullah uses the koran. It is especially a problem given that the USA is a pluralistic society of many faiths and creeds. Forcing a christian worldview/religion on others is wrong.

And nobody "worships" science- what a ridiculous argument! You either accept the science or reject it- and hopefully any rejection of a scientific position is based on actual SCIENCE- not a religious precept.
