There's a lot of red-herring straw man arguments in just that one paragraph which totally misconstrues the liberal view of egalitarianism and equality.
It appears much of his views are influenced by Russell Kirk who was influenced by Edmund Burke, a lot of which follows Plato in that "class" or hierarchies are not only inherent in humanity but necessary to keep order.
