Let's be clear. The anti-DEI stance is explicitely racist and mysoginistic. It's explicit position is that the DEFAULT for any job or position is white male and any deviation from that default is to lower standards for the given job or position.

They can't conceive that DEI actually bypasses a default which promotes lower qualified white males and blocks the advancement of more qualified people of color or women.

This was evident in the attacks on Harris as a candidate who had bachelor degrees in poli-sci and economics, a law degree and a doctorate in law with a law degree, electeed SanFrancisco DA for 9 years, elected California AG for 6 years, elected US Senator for 4 years, elected VP of the USA for 4 years.

Meanwhile the default white male presidential candidate got a bachelors in economics (and threatened lawsuits to hide his academic record) and went on to the family business of redlining black tenants, running businesses into bankruptcy 6 times, had a charitable foundation shut down for fraud, a university shut down for fraud among other numerous controversies.

But DEI is the problem
