Labor theory of value is a valid application toward the economic analysis. It is conveniently ignored by so-called free-market pundits so they don’t have to address it.

The economic system your espouse is an blanket cover to the powerful, well connected to increase their wealth while suppressing upward mobility of the working people. That’s not Marxism (though he may have said it), it’s fact. Thsre is NO such thing as a free market. Economic exchanges, including wages (and taxes, etc) are within the political economy. It is self serving for you to say anything that is implemented or advocated to help working people is Marxism. But apparently anything which helps the wealthy (capital gains tax reductions, write-offs on stock losses, etc) are right and proper.

To paraphrase Tyrion Lannister said:

“It is easy to dismiss what ought to be when what is has always worked in your favor”

The views you espouse are tired worn economics from the 1800s and only serve to enable plutocracy and corporate domination of our government and citizens. To say so is not Marxist- it is democratic
