Killing civilians is wrong but unfortunately happens in war depending on how a military wages it- No civlilans would have died in Donbass had Russia not brought in proxies to destablize it and start an insurrection. But we KNOW Russia has killed lots of civilians since they are literally bombing cities and hitting shopping centers and apartment complexes.
