Joe Biden is no more to blame than any president (or Congress for that matter) than we have had since Netanyahu became Prime Minister of Israel. If anything, Trump should accept more blame than Biden. As you so pointedly note, the Abraham Accords had NOTHING to do with Israel. Normalizing the Emiratis, Bahrain, Sudan and Morocco is more about possible MONEY - trade especially between Israel and Bahrain & UAE. The accords were mostly show as are all things Trump. It's not like Israel had active hostilities with those nations.

By moving our embassy to Jerusalem, Trump was hoping to capitalize on American evangelical support for the election.

The USA has ceased to be an honest broker between the two sides and over the last decade Netanyahu's expansion of Israeli population in to the west bank will pretty much have killed any possible return to the real solution, i.e. the Two State Solution

Our grandchildren will be seeing this conflict. My fear is that Palestinian frustration will one day result in them taking a "sum of all fears" action. The Sum of All Fears is a Tom Clancy novel in which a Palestinian group sneaks a nuclear bomb into the USA and explodes it (at the Super Bowl).
