It seems you are presenting some strawman arguments or red-herrings.

Of course the 27 books of the New Testament are not FAKE. But that doesn't make them accurate.

There are, as you probably well know, two kinds of New Testament books: Gospels and the rest.

By some biblical scholar's analysis, the Gospels, three of which all tell the same story, with some considerable variation at points in the narrative, are largely derived from one single source.

The original apostles didn't consider they were "creating a new religion" - they thought Jesus was the culmination of their JEWISH beliefs! Many of the other New Testament writings are by Paul- a person who never even met the alleged Jesus. And in this regard, those writings basically laid the foundation of the newer religion i.e. Christianity. But Christianity is so heavily dominated by Paulian writings, anyone calling themselves a Christian may as well call themselves a Paulist.

The very existence of people calling themselves Christians doesn't mean that there really was a Jesus Christ.

That said, I tend to agree that there was a person on whom the religion was based. But I do think that Christianity was a huge marketing success by Paul. He took a superstition that had grown around a person and greatly expanded it.
