Indeed. As a progressive liberal myself, it is frustrating to hear other self-identified progressives in the USA throw around comments about how the US or NATO caused this war by "encircling" Russia.

They also bleat the misinformation that the US undertook a coup when the Maidan pushed out Yukashenko (as if his election wasn't the result of corruption itself. Ukrainians wanted to be part of the West and Europe. It doesn't take genius to be a Ukrainian and look east then west and decide which offered the better life!

In my previoius job to the one I have now, I had a supplier in the Czech Republic tell us on a Teams meeting that he was going to be late shipping product for our launch. He lost a good portion of his workforce- Ukrainians who left safety of CR to go back and fight. What a bunch of suckers for Western propaganda eh?
