In our system, a worker contributes according to their ability. They are paid according to the “value of their contribution.”
HAHAHAHA really? I'd say "you're joking" but clearly you are not.
Worker productivity has steadily increased since 1981 but tehir wages stayed flat or nearly so -Productivity has grown 2.7x as much as pay[1]
So clearly they are not being paid according to the value of their contribution!
Mr Busler wants to keep the workers poor and desparate.
