I voted for Bernie but this "the DNC" stuff is getting beyond old. He never got more than 30%.

Taken individually many progressive policies would be popular if presented, as mentioned, correctly.

And we need a progressive that doesn't call themselves a "democratic socialist' which is a ludicrous description. First, the socialist label is fodder for wingnuts with low information voters. Bernie etal were not really socialists in any real sense. And there is an actual Democratic-Socialist party.

We need a younger progressive with a populist message which will resonate with the public on the stronger social safety net
