I read your article but I don't think it illuminates the reason for setting a time table

I completely disagree that we need to set a timetable and a goal.. The goal is not ours to set- it’s Ukraine’s and the timetable to set is set by ukraine not by the United States

In fact the US setting a timetable is merely a trap for Biden to be used by the republicans.

Biden should just continue to support Ukraine and if for some reason we lose elections in the house and the senate or the presidency in the next election and republicans take over and they choose to abandon Ukraine then that will be completely on them to live with history.

Right now they’re just using the issue as a political talking point just like they use immigration and never want to solve immigration issues
