I don't think the Harris campaign is ignoring the ground game. It's up to the presidential campaigns to coordinate with the state parties. Here in Michigan we have thousands literally thousands of volunteers canvassing and calling, texting and even working to register unregistered voters!

Michigan Dems created our "ONE CAMPAIGN" in 2018 and used it in 2020 after HRCs disaster of an election in Michigan.
