I can't speak to Gordon Ramsey as a boss or teacher- Bu tI do like a couple of his cooking shows- Master Chef and especially Master Chef Junior.
I also watched his Gordon Ramsey Unbound series where he travels the world meeting local chefs and learning their cuisine. But Gordon being Gordon and who is competitive, he ends every episode with a cook-off with the local chef and they provide their dinners to the local people he met during the episode.
I don't watch any of the other shows like Hell's Kitchen.
I watch his shows for cooking ideas since I love to cook as well. I post my dishes on Instagram with descriptions of the food
