I agree with you- there is zero synergy between the various nameplates and no ability to cross over. The company is a complete mess.

IMO the best option is for Stellantis to spin off some of the nameplates to be independent companies

Chrysler, Dodge, Ram and Jeep go back to being their own company

Let the Euro cars be their own company: Alfa Romeo, Citroën, Abarth, Fiat, Lancia, Maserati, Opel, Peugeot,and Vauxhall.
