I agree with nearly everything you said with the exception of the the PLO rejection of Camp David two state proposal.

Palestinian negotiators indicated they wanted full Palestinian sovereignty over the entire West Bank and the Gaza Strip, but Israel maintained it should control significant portions of the west bank effectively offering a swiss-cheese nation to the Palestinians.

There were other disagreements which could not be reconciled aside from the territorial integrity issue:

Jerusalem and the Temple Mount

Refugees and Palestinian right of return

Security arrangements

Settlements- which have continued to be added and now has 144 of them in the west bank and doesn't include another 100 which even Israel considers illegal
