I agree with Kerry- Bernie should NOT run. I voted for him in the primary, but he has consistenly NOT gotten enough votes and always peters out at about 30%.

First, he should have ditched the "democratic socialist" tag he hung on himself. That is terrible messaging in America. It takes longer to explain what a 'democratic socialist' actually is - and confuses "strong safety net" politics with ACTUAL socialism- which most Americans do not want. American labor doesn't want Worker Collectives! They want liveable wages.

Second, he is too old. We need a new and younger torch bearer for progressive politics.
