Here in Grand Rapids Michigan this past March a police officer pulled a young black man over and and ended up shooting him in the back of the head

It was ostensibly a traffic stop because apparently the plate did not match the vehicle the police officer had run the plate when he got behind the car

But what we found out later is that hes sputtered around to follow the car and then found out the plate was mismatched which means that he decided to follow it because it had 2 young black men
