"coming up for air" doesn't work for my wife- she prefers steady application :)

As for me, cannot speak for the anatomy of other men, it doesn't need to be a deep throat nose to the pubes but once aroused, more stimulation on the shaft is needed so a longer stroke, so to speak, is necessary otherwise it will take forever to finish
