Believing the US "instigated" the war is different than it acually doing it. This belief conveniently ignores the will and wishes of the vast majority of Ukrainians who clearly wanted ties with western Europe rather than the corrupt oligarchy of Russia.

Asserting "Nato is involved every time Russia invaded a neighboring state" is a statement asserting causation, but conveniently ignores correlation and coincidence.

As far as I know, the only actual military operations (war) NATO has ever actually done was during the Bosnian/Serbian conflict to prevent genocide and murder by the Serbs on their Muslim Bosnian neighbors.
