As with all conspiracy there is a kernel of truth- the one about nazis in Ukraine was way overblown. Every country has rightwing fascist groups. Putin's propaganda blew it up to ridiculous proportions. Even my supersmart Phd eldest son bought into that via Green Party rhetoric (which was influenced by Russians)
