3. Cannons- the legal framework to prevent or allow was not in place in 1776. It is possible that some individuals had small cannons, though this was not a widespread practice. The cannon argument is a red herring

4. The owner exhibits bias- people who smoke weed are probably FAR less likely to become a mass murderer than some gung-ho 2A type
